Initial Consultation

3D Rendering & Bid
Every bid includes a complimentary 3D rendering so you can see exactly what you're investing in before anything starts. Scope, timeline, and budget are documented and walked through together before you're asked to sign anything. No assumptions. No gray areas.
Selections & Design

Project Management
Ty manages the project from permit to punch list with consistent updates at every stage. You are never left wondering what is happening in your home.
Construction Phase
Premier craftsmanship on every job site. Every subcontractor is hand-picked for their craft and their character and held to the Vero standard throughout the build. At key stages, Ty conducts client walkthrough reviews so you can see the work, ask questions, and sign off before the next phase begins. Nothing moves forward until you're aligned.
Final Delivery
